The Axial Rotation system divides the equator into twelve sectors bounded by declination circles, fixes the Midheaven as tenth cusp, and derives successive cusps by 30 degrees of right ascension. Despite its name, Holden classifies it as a static space system.
House cusps depend strongly on Earth's daily motion, so birth-time uncertainty must propagate into Ascendant and Midheaven ranges. A cusp cannot truthfully be reported more precisely than the least precise input permits.
The East Point system uses great circles sharing the east-west horizon axis. Holden found no published tables or practical examples and notes extreme house distortion and interception, so the method is retained as an under-evidenced geometric possibility rather than normal practice.
