Reviewed individual mission infobox, actual crew, backup and support crew sections, named payload examples, NASA primary mission clock/site record and location coordinates. Actual flight, backup and ground support roles remain distinct. No orbital or lunar event is assigned an Earth anchor.
Mission-control shift rosters and the complete experiment-contributor network are not exhaustively covered. Source clock discrepancies are stated in the individual chart qualification.
Coverage describes the cited sections reviewed for this record.

Earth launch as recorded in the reviewed NASA clock source. The individually viewed NASA mission-summary table (printed 2-29, PDF47) explicitly gives liftoff 337:14:30:34Z and main-gear touchdown 341:23:36:11Z for 1988, with local landing 15:36:11 PST. This resolves the former hold caused by the mission webpage/Wikipedia incorrectly labelling December as PDT. Wheel stop 23:36:52 UTC is a distinct later phase. The report’s UTC entries are normalized from day-of-year notation, validated in UTC, then converted to each terrestrial venue’s IANA zone; no source clock label is silently repaired. Classified payload/EVA speculation is excluded.
